Q4
I think students are 80% percent responsible with the amount of drinking that goes on at college. At college you are on your own, it may be a new for someone who has always been dependent. But at college your actions are your actions, no one is forcing you to do anything you dont want too. If you grew up with out learning about the risk and consequences of drinking than you may think alcohol makes everything fun. I think 80% is on the student and 20% is peer pressure. Their are definitely kids out there that want to "fit in" and be cool. But those mindsets may have to deal with some serious consequences. In order to prevent problems like that, colleges need to enforce the law and be a little bit more strict with those sort of things. Also educating the students before getting to college can also play a big role. Instead of a student trying for themselves, a student will already know the consequences and know when enough is enough
Students who are drinking alcohol need to be responsible with it, I agree in fact that most students drink to fit in with everyone else. But students need to be careful with how much alcohol they consume and they should know when they need to stop.
